07.00 am : Early market tour Sukawati Market Going to the nearest traditional market for find vegetable, tuna fish, meat, etc. The Guide or Chef cook/ F&B Coordinator will explain the food spices and the way of selling and bargaining price, interaction of the people in the market.
09.00 am : Tea or coffee break in the Villa.
09.30 am : Start for Cooking Class. Our cook will leads the guest to do the cooking and give participants hands on lesson in cooking the dishes. Item to Cooked: Skewer spicy tuna fish, Balinese chicken curry, Spicy shredded long bean, Steam turmeric rice, Kolak Pisang (Poach banana with coconut milk ).
12.00 am : Luncheon : Enjoying their own, They can taste all the food for Luncheon.
